Shipping Policy

Global Shipping
We appreciate the enthusiastic response and anticipation from consumers around the world for our products, so we decided to offer global shipping. Since it takes longer to ship the entire batch of products to local warehouses in various countries, all orders are currently shipped directly from China, which is faster. The shipping costs, shipping times, and available shipping methods are different for each country. When you enter the correct country and address at checkout, you can view and select the shipping options you need.

*Note: If you don't find your country/region in the shipping list, you can contact us at support@aroundfire.co and we will provide you with the corresponding shipping costs for your reference.

Note: Our products will be delivered to the US warehouse in about 45 days and to the European warehouse in about 90 days. At that time, orders from the US and Europe can be received within 3-7 working days. Orders before this are shipped directly from China. Although you see a longer shipping time, it is actually the fastest speed at present. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Shipping Time
Orders of in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. If you order on a Friday, your order will be shipped out on the following business day. 

Tracking Number
Whichever shipping method you choose, it will be trackable. Please note, it can take 1-3 days for your tracking information to become available. Once our shipping carries send us the tracking information, we will synchronize it to you as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
When placing an order we ask that you carefully provide accurate and complete shipping information so the carrier can successfully deliver your package. Undeliverable or refused packages will be subject to return shipping costs. If an order is returned as refused or undeliverable, you will be charged for the shipping fee if a refund is requested.

Shipping Damage
Upon receipt, please carefully inspect your AroundFire branded product order and document with a camera any damage to shipping cartons and their contents. If the products received are damaged, send your claim with related photographs to support@aroundfire.co. You will be contacted within two business days.

Return Policy

We put customer satisfaction first and hope that every purchase you make at AroundFire is a pleasant one. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, return your order to us within 30 days of the delivery date, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.

  • Please note that customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return. All international orders are final.
  • Returns only accepted of products purchased from aroundfire.co. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.
  • Returns are accepted of unopened items, and of items that are opened but unused.  Any product that is used or damaged and returned will not be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We encourage you to ship via a service that offers tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Warranty Policy

Our official warranty covers defects and/ or workmanship issues that occur in the first year and as detailed below. However, we aim to earn your loyalty for life and want to ensure that every AroundFire interaction is an awesome experience, so if you ever have an issue, send us an email and we'll do our best to get you squared away.

  • The Limited1-year warranty covers any product that is purchased from aroundfire.co which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship as long as the product is used normally and in accordance with the purposes it was designed for. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
  • This warranty applies only to customers who purchase directly from the aroundfire.co, stores, or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, please provide proof of purchase with any warranty claims. 
  • Please note that the warranty is voided if you modify or disassemble the grill table, drill into or weld on the product parts, pour lighter fluid into the grill, or use any harsh cleaners on it.

Although our gear is designed with top-notch quality and safety in mind, anymaka is not liable for injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products. We urge you to diligently read and adhere to the safety instructions and use gear wisely and with safety in mind.
