At AroundFire, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer you the best shopping experience. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our refund policy below.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@aroundfire.co with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and clearance items, are not eligible for returns. For more information, please review our list of non-returnable items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@aroundfire.co with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will provide further instructions.

Shipping

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
